Camping Season is Here at Tawaw Cabins! ☀️🌲
We are excited to welcome returning and new guests for another amazing season at beautiful Waterhen Lake, located on the south side of Meadow Lake Provincial Park.
We would like to respectfully acknowledge that Tawaw Cabins operates on Treaty 6 Territory and the traditional lands of the Metis, Cree, and Dene peoples.
Reservations are now open for cabins and campsites!

Whether you're chasing the fish of a lifetime or simply enjoying a relaxing day on the water, Waterhen Lake offers an unforgettable fishing exprience. Known for its healthy populations of northern pike, walleye, perch, and whitefish, the lake attracts anglers from across Saskatchewan and beyond. Trophy-sized fish are caught here every season, making it a bucket-list destination for serious anglers.
Tawaw Cabins are proud supporters of responsible fishing practices and encourage Catch and Release of large fish to help preserve the fishery for generations to come.
Fishing Limits: Anglers may retain 3 Walleye (only 1 over 55 cm), 5 Northern Pike (only 1 over 75 cm), 25 Yellow Perch, and up to 8 Burbot, Cisco, or Lake Whitefish. (per Sask Lakes website)
